We stayed in Corolla the first week of June 2014. One of the things we were so excited for was seeing the wild horses. You must have a 4×4 vehicle to do so. We thought about a tour but at $50.00 a person for a short time, we just didn’t think it was worth it, so we found Island Cruisers! The drive down and back from Corolla was beautiful and allowed us to see the southern shores of the Outer Banks. We rented the 8 person suburban for the 8 of us to go. Valerie went over everything with us that we needed to know. Answered all my questions and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with Valerie and her husband Eric. We had the best time on the beach and because we rented a vehicle we were able to stop on the beach for a few hours, go swimming, play some ladderball, spend time really watching the horses and taking pictures. We were SO happy we made the choice to rent the vehicle because we would not have had such a fun experience had we not done this!!! It was everyone’s favorite day of the trip ? The whole process was easy as pie and we are so thankful we could give Valerie and Eric the business and have an amazing experience…. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for something they wouldn’t do at home!! Thanks again!!
