I rented a Jeep Wrangler for two days (12-13 May). I called ahead a made a reservation and Valerie met us promptly as agreed. The Jeep was very well maintained. It was a 97 model with slightly more than 200K miles but it drove great! Before departing they gave you plenty of instruction on how to take the top and sides down, use the four wheel drive, and tips/rules for driving on the beaches. They also provided a book with a lot of local info as well as how to contact them if there was a problem. They live there and know there area well and suggested areas to check out. I rent a lot of vehicles on business and deal with all the major car rental agencies, but Island Cruisers, INC. is definitely above the other agencies in terms of vehicle availability and customer service. If and when I get back to the area, I will rent from them again. I highly recommend them and they have several locations and drop off/pick up points for convenience.
